Article 4 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)
The purposes for which we use personal information are as follows.

Article 5 (Change in Purpose of Use)
The purpose of use of personal information may be changed only if it is reasonably deemed to be related to the original purpose of use.

If we change the purpose of use, we will notify you of the revised purpose using our designated method or by posting it on this website.

Article 6 (Security Measures for Personal Data)
To protect personal information, we implement measures in accordance with our information security policies, including the management of such information, the establishment of procedures for its removal from the premises, and the prevention of unauthorized access by third parties, in order to prevent the leakage, loss, alteration, or destruction of personal information.

Article 7 (Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties)
1. Except in the cases listed below, we will not disclose personal information to third parties without first obtaining the customer’s consent. However, this does not apply in cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations.

・When it is necessary to protect human life, physical safety, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
・When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a party entrusted by such an entity in the performance of duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the individual’s consent would likely hinder the performance of such duties
・When the Company has notified or publicly announced the following matters in advance and has filed a report with the Personal Information Protection Commission

Article 8 (Procedures Concerning Personal Data)
If a customer requests disclosure of personal information or records of disclosures to third parties, the Company may grant such a request, except in the following cases.

1. Where disclosure could endanger the life, physical safety, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
2. Where disclosure is likely to significantly impede the proper conduct of our business operations
3. When disclosure would violate laws or regulations
4. If we cannot verify that the request for disclosure is from the individual concerned

Article 9 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If a customer requests that we suspend the use of or delete their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that such information is being handled beyond the scope of its intended purpose or that it was obtained by improper means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

Based on the results of our investigation, if we determine that we must comply with the request, we will suspend the use of the personal information in question without delay.

If we suspend your service or decide not to suspend it, we will notify you without delay.

If suspending service would entail significant costs or if it is otherwise difficult to suspend service, and if alternative measures necessary to protect the customer’s rights and interests can be taken, we will implement such alternative measures.
